Hi,
There's no such thing as a free lunch. Having said that here's how I
understand it.

It is not a free Visa card. It is a compulsory card that you use to
purchase anything from the irgun site. For example if you want to see a
play from their list of subsidized plays, the only way you can pay for it (
as of June 1) is with their special credit card. When I spoke to the guy he
said that you can use it only for their site and not for anything else.=
i.e. no mminimum.

My problem is that I don't want to cancel my regular credit card which does
have a minimum on it. If I don't use it, then I pay a huge fee. So up until
now I have avoided taking another credit card as I have no intention of
spending enough to warrant 2 minimum fees on 2 credit cards.

I feel that the Irgun is putting me in an untenable position - use their
card if you want to use their site.
