The ECB publishing house always sends free copies for the teachers to
look over before compiling a book list. This is a good way to look
over the options.
Unfortunately, when I called up the UPP publishing company to send our
school an sample copy, they were extremely rude on the telephone. I
felt like I was being verbally attacked by one of the workers there.
This kind of behavior made our school choose other book options. It is
a pity since we were denied copies of any new books that came out
minimizing our options. It felt very unpleasant doing business with
them
