Esther and all, I agree - just did one of these and it took me over 2
hours. My poor rakezet had to do over 10 of them between two schools.
BUT, here's the hitch with your worthy initiative: most of us are in
Oz or on our way and therefore recieve  some paid hours to suppsedly
do these things. However, in reality, the ministry ( and sometimes the
schools) just invent more things for us to do excusing it by the fact
that "we are paid for the hours" so in actuality we recieve nothing.
This is a matter for the Irgun, not for individual teachers or
schools. So, is anyone from the irgun reading this???
