Dear Etni-Ites:
Those of you in Irgoon Khamorrim have probably received a letter that
looks sumthin’ like this:
ציבור המורים שלום,
ריכוז רשימת העיצומים
במסגרת סכסוכי העבודה שהוכרזו ע"י ארגון המורים, הנכם מתבקשים להקפיד על
הדברים הבאים:
1. אין להחתים כרטיס נוכחות בביה"ס. עם זאת, יש לבצע את כל העבודה
שמורה צריך לעשות לפי המערכת שלו ולא להיעדר משיעורים , כולל שעות השהייה
וכד'.
2. אין לקיים כל מגע מכל סוג שהוא עם מפקחים ומדריכים.
3. לא למלא דוחות מכל סוג ולא להעביר נתונים למשרד החינוך ובמיוחד -
לא לקיים ועדות ליווי ומעקב.
4. לא לקיים כל הליך בתחום ההערכה האישית של ציבור המורים.
5. אין לקיים כל קשר עם משרד החינוך ולא להשתתף בכנסים של מפקחים,
מפמ"רים ומדריכים.
6. אין להשתתף בסקרים ובמחקרים של משרד החינוך או גופים מטעמו, כגון ראמ"ה.
7. יש להקפיד על כל ההוראות בנוגע לעיצומי המורים לאנגלית כפי שפורסמו.
8. אין לקיים הערכה חלופית ע"י עבודות מחקר וכד' אם לא מובטח מראש
תשלום בגין כך. עבודות חקר אינן חובה.
עבור עבודת חקר יש לשלם תשלום מיוחד, אחרת ניתן לתת את הציון ע"י מבחן רגיל בלבד.
לכל מורה ישנה הזכות להעריך את תלמידיו בהתאם לשיקול דעתו המקצועי, לא
עפ"י הוראות של המנהל ו/או מפקח ו/או מפמ"ר וכו' .
What does this mean?
Well, if you don’t know Hebrew, I can tell you it means whatever I
choose and you’ll never know the difference, Ha Ha.
Until one day they come and take away your car.
But really, it says that teachers should avoid any social interaction
with counsllors. Whell! There it is then.
Now what if, by some chance my wife is a teacher in the ‘goon and I am
a counselloor.
I know what you’re thinking.
‘They made him a conselour and he can’t even spell it.’ ( Oh, yeah?
It: I, t. That is correct. Go jump in the lake, L, A K, E.)
As I was saying: Does this document mean my wife and I are
interdicted from speaking to each other until the Eetsoo- Meme draw to
a close?
Note that it specifies:
‘אין לקיים מגע מכל סוג שהוא עם מדריכים
All manners of intercourse: social, verbal cerebral, weird-Al are Right out.
What if I’m a part time teacher and part time counselor? Do I have to
refrain from contact with myself?
These questions and others like them will keep us occupied during the
long non –card- punching ,contact refusing,
survey abstaining, alternative assessment-balking days that lie
formidably ahead.
