Barry is 100% correct!

Don't get it...why are hi-techies going to get higher salaries than these 
guys? And why the difference in training time? Do hi-techies need less 
training? So, this will make 3 classes of teachers? The devoted ones who 
chose the profession, the hi-techies and now these...all on different pay 
scales!

And...I live in the Negev. We get a small tax break but nowhere beween 
25-80%!!!!
I'm not against recruiting new teachers, but I don't like the way it's being 
done.
