Hi All,

 I'm mulling the lobby issue. I think we first have to formulate a document 
stating our "special needs" as English teachers. The document should relate 
to the past years of deterioration of our working conditions due to changes 
in the curriculum but emphasize the future. It should be written in  a 
positive tone. In other words, the "problem" is not necessarily the change 
but its implementation.
It's clear that the English teachers must have a more active role in the 
decision-making levels. Anything else?
