It seems to me that Misrad haChinuch is not the sole source of the problem, 
but rather Misrad haOtzar must take at least half the blame. We (the Irgun) 
have signed on several agreements in the past year (smaller class size, 
higher pay, "sha'a partanit") but the Treasury has simply refused to 
institute them , despite their promise to do so.

I think Ron Erez is doing a reasonable job. I also believe that the gov't is 
doing everything in its power to discredit him and delegitimize his efforts. 
It's cheaper to slander one man than have to pay millions - if not 
billions - to improve the educational system in this country.
