For example, a pupil can do Modules E and F in Moed aleph and Module G in moed Bet. A student who does Modules B and C in Moed Aleph to complete the 3 point exam (he did Moed Aleph in Yod aleph or in the winter Bagrut) CANNOT then go on and do Module D in Moed Bet. So if a pupil is sick on the day of Moed Aleph - yes he can do the Modules in Moed Bet as long as they consist of Modules from one level only.
