Your school can write a request, enclosing a doctor's letter to Shosh Sa'adon
at Va'adat Charigim. You can ask
to let him record his asnwers on a cassette, or have a "neutral tester" write
his answers for him.
In any case, anyone can do moed bet even if he hasn't done aleph.
