Dear,
The Hasselt University Biophysics group and VITO proudly present µFiBR 2014: A
series of tutorial lectures on Optical Imaging in Biomedical Nanotechnology.
This symposium will take place on October 3rd at Hasselt University, campus
Diepenbeek, Belgium.
In a follow-up of the successful editions of µFiBR 2011 and 2012, a third
edition of the symposium is organized. µFiBR 2014 offers a series of tutorial
lectures illustrating the possibilities and applications of optical techniques,
such as single-particle tracking and image correlation spectroscopy, in the
field of biomedical nanotechnology. Although the applications are primarily
given in the scope of biomedical sciences, the discussed methods can be applied
in various other research fields as well. Attached to this email is the
invitation listing the keynote speakers.
For registration and more information regarding the program and location,
please go to www.uhasselt.be/uFIBR2014<http://www.uhasselt.be/uFIBR2014>. The
deadline for registration and poster abstract submission is September 22nd.
We look forward to welcome you on October 3rd at Hasselt University!
Kind regards,
The Local Organizing Committee:
Prof. Dr. Marcel Ameloot
Dr. Rozhin Penjweini
Hannelore Bové
Joris Comhair
Sarah Deville
