e2 branch - another pre-release

With some feedback on 0.1 now in hand, and a few fixes, tweaks and (slightly) 
experimental features, another pre-release is now ready, at emelfm2.org.

Feedback please. I aim for a quick turnaround and an official 0.1.1 ASAP, to 
get those bugfixes out to the wider community.
