e2 branch - another pre-release

The downloads page at emelfm2.org has another pre-release of my branch of e2.

The main change is a workaround for the toolbar 'space-handling' problems 
generated by changes to Gtk 2.6.0/1. As far as I can figure out, the fix should 
also work properly under Gtk 2.4.

Apart from that, about 10 bugfixes, a few minor operational changes, code 
cleanups. See the CHANGELOG.
