alternate icons set

For those of you who favour tango-style icons, there is now a set of emelfm2 
icons that conform (in a stylistic sense, but not for all the prescribed 
sizes). In essence, the colours are subtly different, the edges look softer 
(arguably too much so, as is tango's way) and the total storage size is larger.
