[EMAS] White-winged Scoter on Beaver Lake

An immature male White-winged Scoter was found this morning during the
Beaver Lake Bird Walk. It was hanging out in the lake near the left
overlook in the sanctuary, but was also visible from the lakeshore.
Also 6 Tree Swallows have arrived.
