Here are few somewhat interesting photos of birds seen in the last few days at
various locations:
• Swamp Sparrow, BLBS, seen with Tom Bush in marsh area, 1/31/2017
• Winter Wren, BLBS, I have been trying to get a decent photo of this guy.
They stay low in vegetation and rarely sit still! 1/31/2017
• Greater White-fronted Geese, Owen Park, 2/2/2017, these seem to be frequent
visitors.
• Greater White-fronted Goose, Owen Park, bird had lifted it's head after
getting a drink, 2/2/2017
• Ring-necked Duck, Lake Eden, bird had just come out of the water after a
dive and shook it's head creating a halo of water droplets. 2/2/2017
