[ell-i-pcb-design] Nucleo LED shield assembled, mostly ok

Hi all,
I finished assembling the nucleo LED shield.
Shield seems to work, B and G channels are ok. Red channel does not work,
LED seems to have an open connection inside.
I won't spend my time debugging the fault, I'll assemble next piece when
industrial PCBs arrive. Meanwhile I can develop code for shield and focus
on PoElli.
