[eekosmembers] Members or Shareholders?

I keep on having to write about "members" of eekos and feel it is not the right 
word for persons who will be shareholders. 
Members seems to be more about a club and this is a company.
Should we us "shareholders"? Or another word. 
Colleagues? (Sounds a bit old school!) Associates? (Too formal or 
professional?), Team-mate? (Yuk!)

Any ideas out there?
