Hi Peter,

Sorry for the delay answering.

The theming project will allow the space administrators to change the
appearance of their spaces to one of his like. They have to be able to
upload and change between themes mostly like in a Wordpress installation.
The student is allowed to use any tools or libraries he knows to do the
project.

You can submit a proposal before the deadline and modify it after it.
During evaluations the students are allowed to edit and improve their
proposals. The important thing it to apply before the deadline.
