I think Jeffrey Archer's "A Matter of Honour" - or a similar-sounding title,
years since I read it - crosses those boundaries and I found it extremely
readable.

Take care,

Elaine

Elaine, I don't really know where espionage stops and thrillers start, and
perhaps she writes both, but At Risk concerns a pair of terrorists and
several agencies who are after them. I think of espionage as much more cloak
and daggery than this was, like John le Carre, up on whom I have given. I am
much too easily baffled and don't retain even much simpler plots well. Clare
