*So how to do that*? Multiple ways. If you know anyone in their board,
simply hit them up as a friend.
If not, then I'm sure you know someone who knows someone. Ask your friend
for an email to contact a mutual friend that serves on their board, and
send them an official email.
For example, I asked Hanan Hashem, who asked Nashia Chowdhury, who replied
with the email of Sumayya Master, the current president of Oakland
University's MSA. This whole thing took about ten minutes.

the email I sent her. Feel free to copy-paste it AND TWEAK IT SO THAT IT
DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT'S FROM ME, then email it to your contact. I've
underlined what you should change depending on the sender, the receiver,
the timing, etc.

*Initial contact*(aka first message sending to contact/friend of contact)
should have been done by Friday evening, but since many still haven't
claimed two MSAs on the doc, this shall be extended to *Monday, July 13th
evening*.
*By having the state-wide contact info of MSAs, it makes things like
advertising, funding, collabs, and simply maintaining contact much much
easier for us and future boards. We're also giving deadlines because we
plan to use this contact information as soon as we have it inshallah, so
please do try to stick to the deadlines!*

participate, and if you guys have any questions/comments/concerns, reply to
