At least two board members should be on-site at 11am, and the more the
better.
And inshallah once the bbqers arrive they can start immediately, so 2 pm
sounds good.
Can we have sisters at 3:30 brothers go at 5 pm, last year it was 6 and
they missed it. Asr won't be till 5:30-5:40 so it should work out
inshallah. Bit of a tight fit I know, but inshallah I can advertise the
sharpness of the o'clocks to avoid confusion.

Also @karimah can you make sure there are volley balls and soccer balls for
both genders?
