*Updates from Student Life:* Mock Awards done.
*Run through of Advertising:* Mainly happens through social media. Our
FB is the biggest focus with the event page, main page and bros/sis groups.
iG and Twitter and Texting groups also mentioned. Props to bros/sis
coordinator for doing awesome with those mA. Discussed importance of
marketing for future events as well.
*Humans of MSA:* On a vol untary basis, but they contacted us so we'll
be taking pictures at the picnic. Reminder that this is a representation of
WSU MSA but ultimately Islam so be mindful of what you put out there.
*Questions/Comments/Concerns:*
What time do directors have to be there? *Same time as GBMs. Only
board members will be there early, except for Safwaan.*
What else do directors have to bring? *Just the food that you've
signed up for.*
