[eagleengineering] Arm design

Heres the updated arm slide thingy....yeah thats its name. It took me about a
half an hour to do this in ms paint b/c of my regular mouse(i miss my optical).
Basically when a tetra is dropped on its respecting place(either 1st or 2nd) it
falls into place and automatically forms that shape we want it to.
