Hello Mike, 

I had a minute and decided to do the uninstall and install again with the 
default path.   Everything went okay and I re-activated DBT.  But now when I 
load Duxbury, I get an error message: Unable to Add Default Templates.  
There are 0 templates when I use the Open Dialog, so something is very wrong.  
So what do I do now?
