[duxuser] uncontracted (braille grade 1) from an existing contracted file?

Good morning,
Is there a way to change contracted braille to uncontracted once you are on the
dxb file? I have a .brf file in contracted form, but need it uncontracted as
well. Do I need to do this on the dxp file, or if I have no dxp file is it
possible to do it on the dxb file?
