The # symbol is now brailled as _? (456, 1456). You would have _?#aj for your example. Anyone who has DBT 10.7 will get the correct translation for this, as well as other changes that were made to the code. The BANA update is available in pdf and brf and can be downloaded from: pdf - http://brailleauthority.org/BANA%20Braille%20Codes%20Update%202007-rev1. pdf brf - http://brailleauthority.org/BANA%20Braille%20Codes%20Update%202007-rev1. brf Susan From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Brett Winches Sent: Wednesday, January 14, 2009 12:19 PM To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxuser] rule question regarding number sign I have a document with (number signs, #) preceding numbers. what is the rule for English textbook or literary format for this transcription.
