[duxuser] removal of 10.7

I am trying to remove DBT 10.7 from the control panel it will not let me.l I 
tried to update my 10.6 to 10.7 for some reason during my setup my computer 
shut down and now I cannot delete the 7.0 from control panel.

I tried to load dbt 7 by itself by it keeps telling me to do the set up again. 
What can I do?
