If I recall correctly, when you set the settings, they apply for the one you
are in and the ones you create in the future. They do not apply to the ones you
created in the past.

Hello, as you describe, this could be because when opening a new document you
have set a template with 0 top and 2 binding; createa template with the
parameters you want.
