It would be nice if you could do macros in DBT so that such things could be done easily again and again. The reason you can't just insert spaces is that Duxbury compresses more than one space to a single space. There used to be a code to tell Duxbury not to do that, but I couldn't find it in the code list, so I assume it was removed. Now, the only workaround is the ['] code, which inserts a "hard" or non-breaking space, which tells Duxbury that you explicitly want a space in that spot. If you wanted to, you could enter the document with the requisite number of spaces, and then use the Replace function to change every space to a hard space, but that's as much work as the methods already discussed.
