One way of doing this is to start in Word, and use Word's search and replace. Type the words up in Microsoft Word with a single space between them, you can then use the Word search and replace to replace "space" with "space"^s (^s will insert a non-breaking space) When imported into Duxbury your file will then have the ['] code for each non-breaking space and thus give you double spaced words. By default, DBT removes any additional spaces between words and sentences. A single hard space is produce by the key command Alt + F2, and inserts the ['] code. Is there a code that would do the whole document or do you have to do it between each word? Thanks ----- Original Message ----- From: George <mailto:george@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Bell To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, April 30, 2007 9:55 AM Subject: [duxuser] Re: double spaceing Hi Paula, Do you really mean between each WORD, or did you really mean LINE. If you mean double spaced lines, go to the beginning of the .dxp document in DBT (or wherever you wish to begin double spacing) and press Shift + F2. This will insert an [svsbl1] Code into the document which does the job. I would like to know how to double space between each word. I know there is a code but don't know what it is and do I insert it at the begining of the document after I put the code for grade one braille. Thanks. Paula Kilburn
