Ed,

You can use the [pv] code to reset the page number. Place your cursor at the
point in the document where you want the page number to be reset and enter the
code [pv1]. You can do this as many times as you want within the document.

Subject: [duxuser] Restart the page numbers in a new section

  Hello!

I wonder if anyone can help me.
Hope this is not an overly silly question!

Is it possible to reset the page numbering within a document, for example so
that each section always starts with 1?
I am thinking about appendices to reports etc. I've looked at the helpfile
to see if there are any codes that could be useful, but nothing jumps out at me.
I suppose this is very easy if you split the document up, but there are a lot
of advantages to keeping everything in one document from a tracking point of
view.

  Thanks,
   Ed
