Karen,

You can get the two plus signs by using the [q] code, which forces whatever you put in as a parameter to be brailled exactly as you write it. Place your cursor where you want the signs to occur, and press Control-Left-bracket to bring up the dialog for inserting codes. In response to the prompt, type q~++ and press Enter. If you haven't already done so, press Alt-F3 to show codes so you can check the result. The final result will look like this:
[q~++]
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi guys,
I need to generate a document and one of the codes the organization uses is
++ (plus sign plus sign). I'm using American Literary, and it's coming out
spelled out, (plus plus). I need the two + signs together, (++) and don't
know how to do this. Any help would be appreciated as my boss wants it NOW!
*smile*

Thanks much!
