convert it for you and email it back. You will still need to clean it up,

Hello,
My name is Michael Freholm, I’m from KY and a new Duxbury user. To be
honest, this program is a lot more daunting than I thought it would be. But
I’m learning.
I need some advice about tactile graphics. I have a fairly simple bitmap
image I want to emboss. I have tried to import it to DBT and QuickTac but
they say it needs to be in SIG or BRG format. Is there any way I can
convert the image to one of these formats. Thanks!
