I have a Versapoint Duo embosser connected to my windows 98 machine. Our
district is already upgrading all of the computers to XP except mine
(because I told them not to touch it) I don't know if the embosser has
its own driver or not. I understand that by upgrading the computer to
XP, it will erase everything and I would have to start all over. I could
not find the software that came with the Versapoint.
Someone told me that the driver for my embosser is embedded in the
Duxbury. Is this true? If it is, then is it safe to go ahead and have my
computer changed to XP? I am not a computer wiz to begin with, so I
don't know so much about how it work.
