Thanks Warren, I don't know a lot about Duxbury so any input is appreciated. However be sure that when you go to the Book Port site, do not save it as an MHT file, choose to save it as an HTM file. Also know that you can't use the BANA template with this file, you'll have to use either the standard or textbook template. There are quite a few tables in this file. Then, save the file as a Word document and bring it into Duxbury. This will preserve most of the formatting. Note that I do not recommend copy and paste. You can get some unpredictable results that way, and much of the formatting can be destroyed. Can someone tell me the best and most accurate way to do this? I realize the links and contents will not work but it would be nice to have it available to read. Should I just copy it to a word document? Thanks much. Kay Malmquist kay.malmquist@xxxxxxxxx
