Okay Steve, What you say makes sense and I will try it that way. I have
tried copy and paste in the past and was not happy with the results. Thanks
much.

Kay,

I'm not sure if you can import an HTML file into Duxbury, so I would save
the page as an HTML file on your system and open it in Word. Then, save the
file as a Word document and bring it into Duxbury. This will preserve most
of the formatting. Note that I do not recommend copy and paste. You can
get some unpredictable results that way, and much of the formatting can be
destroyed.

Steve

  Hi all,

I'd like to Braille the Book Port manual for my own personal use from the
APH web site. Can someone tell me the best and most accurate way to do
this? I realize the links and contents will not work but it would be nice
to have it available to read. Should I just copy it to a word document?
Thanks much.
