George, out of curiosity, is it advisable to update the firmware. The
company I got my embosser from said not to update it without their
assistance, so I assumed they meant I would have the send it in. Also, is
there a list of things that the new firmware does that, say, version 10.31
does not?

Hi Joe,

Quite an old version of firmware as it's now up to version 12.#

Can you describe again what exactly happens when you send a file from DBT
please?

George.
