3 or more symbols sequences in full caps constitutes a capitals passage. (This
means a hyphenated compound word counts as one symbols sequence.) Refer to UEB
§8.5. Once capitals mode is established by the capitalized passage indicator
(dot 6, 6, 6), NOTHING stops capitals mode until the capitals terminator (dots
6, 3).
