I am not up to the UEB guidelines as of yet, only EBAE ones ... what are the signs for the all caps format in UEB?

Can someone please remind me in UEB, do you only use the new all caps format when it is more than two words? That seems logical, but by Friday afternoon logic may be escaping me.
