Jan,
It's pretty simple to move it to the start of the list. But the option is
only a applicable to American tables (and not the textbook tables, at that).
So we were inclined to keep it out of the way of others. However, I'll be
glad to move it if there is general agreeement to your proposal.

I was creating some files today and needed to you the NLS tables for their
lesson manual. It was greyed out in the beta version. I went and used 10.4
instead.
Is there any chance that this selection can be at the beginning of the list
or have a tool bar tab all of its own?
