[duxhelp] Translation Tables Help

I was creating some files today and needed to you the NLS tables for their
lesson manual. It was greyed out in the beta version. I went and used 10.4
instead.
Is there any chance that this selection can be at the beginning of the list or
have a tool bar tab all of its own?
