Hi Sean, (Could other beta testers please also read on) It is entirely possible that my development systems running the beta may work perfectly OK, but I've tried all the buttons, etc., shown on your screen shots and all link as they should. By the way, if you want to search for "Code List", make sure the words are embraced in quotation marks. If you do not, it will find all instances of each single word. Can a few beta tester please try going to Codes, DBT Codes Quick Reference, and the list of codes go to the T section, and check one or more of the following "Tell me more" buttons work that are against the Codes - tlc, tld, tle, tlp, tls and top. Do you bring up a topic on that Code? Also, using help's Search, look for "Code list", with and without quotes. Do you get a "Page not Found"? Many thanks, George. PS: There is still a lot of work to be done on Help. -----Original Message----- From: duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Sean Brooks Sent: 04 May 2005 21:45 To: duxhelp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxhelp] Re: Tell me more button in DXB codes quick reference guide not linked yet? Hi George I have included a couple of screenshots (hope they are useable)... Essentially: 1. I call up the help system 2. switch to the index tab type in "code list" 3. click on code list in the results and bring up the "Layout: Code List" information... 4. follow the link "Codes: Quick Reference" 5. Go to the alphabetical list of codes (I chose T for TLS) 6. read the info for TLS, and click on the 'tell me more' button... 7. This provides me with a page not found screen. All 'tell me more' buttons for all the codes I have randomly tried do the same thing... focus on the 'tell me more' button for code TLS shown in screenie 1... results of clicking the button shown in screenie 2. I get this response for all the 'tell me more' buttons. This might suggest a problem with my installation as well if it is working elsewhere... thanks sean > -----Original Message----- > From: duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: May 4, 2005 3:25 PM > To: duxhelp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [duxhelp] Re: Tell me more button in DXB codes quick > reference guide not linked yet? > > > Hi Sean, > > To give me somewhere to home in on, could you please give me > one or two specific examples of Codes where this happens. > > I have however spotted that some "conditional Text" is > appearing beside these "Tell me more" buttons, where it > should not, and I'm wondering if that is messing things up? > > [Peter: I'm not sure why "Build Tags" are not being > recognised during the compile] > > George. > > -----Original Message----- > From: duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Sean > Brooks > Sent: 04 May 2005 20:30 > To: duxhelp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [duxhelp] Tell me more button in DXB codes quick > reference guide not linked yet? > > While browsing through the codes in the DBT Codes Quick > Reference I tried to use the 'tell me more' button without > success.
