Are you sure you weren't running two instances of SETUP?  I've done this
before.

Beyond that, I haven't an explanation for what you report.

Peter,

Upon installing SP-2 after accepting the EULA and clicking Next to install
DBT SP-2 the EULA acceptance window popped up again while the installation
had already started.
