[drivingpairs] Book

I have tried to order this book many many times over Trot-on-line and I 
can't get past either the Pay Pal part or the last three number part on the 
back of my credit card.  Does anyone know of another way to order this book? 
  "The Essential Guide To Carriage Driving"  It is really crazy, because I 
order something almost daily over the internet.  I am sure if I am having 
problems with this, someone else must also be having a tough time.
