Did you install any plugins? Did you implement anything from
http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:tips:namespaceindex? (Sounds like it.)
now www.mydomain.com/mystuff leads me to mystuff.txt
but when chaning $conf[start] to, lets say index then
www.mydomain.com/mystuff leads me to index.txt (in the
mystuff-namespace) and so my whole page brakes.
That is most definitely not a normal DokuWiki behaviour!
If you have not tweaked anything for it to behave that way (maybe
unconsciously) ... I don't know ...
