There's a tool in the bin/ directory, that lets you check out pages from
the commandline. You can then change a copy of the page and check it
back in again with the same tool.
You can also touch(1) page.txt to the exact same timestamp that is
listet in changes.log or write your own entry to changes.log. Beware of
concurrency!
