Sorry, misunderstand you.

But this patch is not only a prettyup, it is a security patch.
Let as say, you hat 5 groups in your company, each his one namespace, and only 
this group have read access to this namespace.
Let as say in one of the namespace the read access is even in general denied, (admins 
only). In the RSS everybody can see the changes, if you forget to mark "little 
changes only" or you have not even the right for this mark.

That's not true. The RSS feed honors all ACL rules and will not show any changes for pages you have no read rights for.

(i see how many time you have to clean out "ksdfhzuewrn sf skhsdfuirweb  sg 
blablabla" tests of your wiki in regular sites. If playground would by hidden, bat 
thing ;-)
(you need maybe a playground button on your template.)

The hide option will hide the page from search results and the RSS feed. Links to the page will work just fine and the page is accessible as every other page. So this is effectively the option you are trying to reinvent.

Please take the time to check how features work when suggested to you, instead of assuming how they might work.
