[dokuwiki] Monobook Theme: Adding border on the top

hi,

I want only a border or image on the top from the whole page. I used:

#column-content {
  margin: 0 0 .4em -20.2em;
  border-top: 20px solid #961C26;
}

in user/screen.css, what works, but which ID I have to customize, that
the rest of the page goes a bit down? Otherwise, the toolbox (username,
Admin ...) is over the border and not on the bottom. 

any hints?
