Autolink2 uses only keywords. Those keywords point to the page where the {{autolink>some kw}} tag is set. So your example should be {{autolink>KW1|KW2|KW3}} This would then replace words KW1 KW2 and KW3 with a link to this page on all pages where you have <autolink> ... </autolink> tags set.
