  And this trusted editor leverl would also let us go for a moderation
  of publicly editable pages. Anyone can edit them, but if it's an
  anonymous edit, put the changes in a wait queue that trusted editors
  (moderators) have to validate before the content gets published.
  This opens a syncing and merging changes issue: how to merge between
  two or more changesets which are waiting for approval? An action
  plugin which can call a real external VCS/SCM would be needed.
